1. General Overview
INKITE provides short-form video editing services for clients on various social media platforms. By hiring INKITE, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Service Packages
INKITE offers three service packages, all prices in USD:
- Starter Package: $799/monthly
- 5 clips per month
- Project manager
- Clip selection
- Posting
- Chat directly on Slack
- Pause or cancel any time
- Growth Package: $1799/monthly
- 15 clips per month
- Project manager
- Clip selection
- Strategy call
- Posting
- Chat directly on Slack
- Pause or cancel any time
- Premium Package: $2999/monthly
- 20 clips per month
- Project manager
- Clip selection
- Strategy call
- Posting
- Progress tracking
- Chat directly on Slack
- Pause or cancel any time
Each package includes a maximum of two revisions per clip. Additional revisions beyond this limit will be charged at our standard hourly rate or as otherwise negotiated.
3. Payment and Refund Policy
- Payment Terms: All payments are to be made upfront before any work commences. The client must complete payment prior to signing the contract. Payments will be processed on a monthly basis for ongoing services.
- Refund Policy: Once the project has started, no refunds will be issued. If the project has not yet begun, an 80% refund will be provided upon request.
- Payment Method: INKITE accepts payments in USD via PayPal. The client is responsible for any transaction fees or additional charges related to currency conversion or payment processing.
4. Onboarding Process
- Once the client completes payment and signs the contract, the onboarding process will begin. If either payment or contract signing is not completed, the process will be halted.
- During onboarding, the client is required to provide all necessary raw footage, brand assets, and reference materials in a timely manner.
- INKITE will start working on the project within 2 days of completing onboarding and will deliver the first round of content 3 days after project commencement.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide all required raw footage, brand assets, and reference materials before the agreed deadlines to avoid delays.
- INKITE is not responsible for any delays caused by the client’s failure to deliver materials on time.
6. Ownership and Portfolio Usage
- Clients own the final edited videos after they have been delivered.
- INKITE reserves the right to showcase some of the completed work in its portfolio, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.
7. Limitation of Liability
- INKITE is not responsible for any errors or issues with the content after the final video is approved by the client or someone responsible from the client’s team.
- INKITE makes no guarantees regarding the growth of the client’s social media platforms, though efforts are made to ensure a high probability of success based on industry experience.
8. Deadlines and Delivery
- Deadlines for project delivery are contingent on the client providing necessary footage, assets, and references in a timely manner.
- Any delays due to late submission of materials from the client’s side will not be counted toward INKITE’s agreed project timeline.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content, including revisions, and completed video clips, remains the property of INKITE until full payment is received.
- Once full payment has been made, ownership of the final product will transfer to the client for their exclusive use.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the client’s local jurisdiction, subject to any additional international agreements as applicable.
